Veganism—foregoing every kind of animal product, from beef and milk to eggs and even honey.
Going vegan has worked for Jay-Z and Beyonce and recently Adele.
But giving up eating animals is tricky. Animal products are our primary source of protein and other important nutrients like vitamin D. And plenty of unhealthy foods—from Oreos to Red Bulls to Airheads—could be considered part of a vegan diet. So think not only vegan but most importantly healthy.
Remeber to DO NOT REPLACE YOUR MEAT – veganizm is not about substituting animal products with tofu or quorn but cutting them out of your diet. At the same time make sure you have other source of protein.
